Order Processing Area (OPA)

The OPA serves as our fulfillment control center. All fulfillment order submitted by our multiple clients are processed by this department as well as all confirmations of shipment. This area serves as our focal point of communications between the distribution facility and the client account teams. All information gathered for use in monthly billing also is created and maintained by this department. View a map of the facility.
