Malcolm Netburn is chairman and CEO of CDS Global. Since joining the company in February 2007, Malcolm has provided thought leadership to the various industries served by CDS Global, and has been a featured speaker at conferences throughout these industries.
Malcolm has over 25 years of experience with magazine, newspaper, book and media companies. Before joining CDS Global, he was a founding partner of Netburn McGill, a New York-based consulting firm that he helped establish in 1986.
A graduate of The George Washington University, Malcolm previously served in executive roles at Chemical Week Associates, Hart Publications, the Christian Science Monitor, the National Wildlife Federation and Scholastic.
Mark is the managing director in the U.K. & Australia.
Mark joined CDS Global in 2005 having previously spent the majority of his career in publishing working at Gruner + Jahr UK (part of the Bertelsmann Media Group) and VNU Business Media, where he held a number of roles in circulation, sales and marketing.
Pierrick joined CDS Global in January 2012. Pierrick has spent many years working in the publishing industry and has extensive online, systems, application delivery and business transformation experience. At Groupe Moniteur Holding, Pierrick held the position of vice president, Solutions and Enterprise Technology. Prior to this, Pierrick was director of Technology and Information Systems at LexisNexis and Group Information Technology director at Vivendi Universal Information.Pierrick has a Master's Degree in Electronic and Automatism from CNAM/ENSAM, Paris.
Mark Philby is finance director.
Mark joined CDS Global in October 2009 with a background in private practice. Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996, Mark was a partner in a regional firm before leaving in 2006 to set up his own business consultancy practice.
Mark’s primary focus is in developing and implementing the financial strategy of CDS Global, as well as overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Matt joined the company in 2010 as Human Resources Director. Prior to this, he held senior strategic and operational human resources positions in the banking, insurance and outsource service provider sectors. Matt’s primary focus is ensuring our people and business strategies align to deliver excellent service to our clients and customers through our passion, performance and people.
Phillip joined in March 2012 and assumes responsibility for the management of the Australian business, and serves as a senior member of the UK executive team reporting to Mark Judd.
Phillip Fitzgibbon has spent many years working at senior management level within Australian, multi-national organisations; at FreeSpirit, he held the position of group general manager and more recently general manager for NIB Health Funds Ltd. Phillip’s multi-national management experience ranges across Australia, India and Papua New Guinea and he brings an exceptional background in complex technical project management and award winning customer service delivery.
