Malcolm Netburn is chairman and CEO of CDS Global. Since joining the company in February 2007, Malcolm has provided thought leadership to the various industries served by CDS Global, and has been a featured speaker at conferences throughout these industries.
Malcolm has over 25 years of experience with magazine, newspaper, book and media companies. Before joining CDS Global, he was a founding partner of Netburn McGill, a New York-based consulting firm that he helped establish in 1986.
A graduate of The George Washington University, Malcolm previously served in executive roles at Chemical Week Associates, Hart Publications, the Christian Science Monitor, the National Wildlife Federation and Scholastic.
Mark is the Managing Director in the U.K.
Mark joined CDS Global in 2005 having previously spent the majority of his career in publishing working at Gruner + Jahr UK (part of the Bertelsmann Media Group) and VNU Business Media, where he held a number of roles in circulation, sales and marketing.
Jeanette Kearney is Operations Director in the U.K.
Jeanette joined CDS Global in April 2009. Prior to this Jeanette has gained over 20 years of experience in senior operational management positions in Europe and Southeast Asia.
Jeanette is a key force in developing and integrating new business strategies, streamlining existing processes and maintaining day-to-day operational activities. As Operations Director, Jeanette is responsible for all back office processing, inbound contact centre, records management centre and production, distribution and creative solutions departments.
Clive Martison is Director of Client Services in Europe.
Clive joined CDS Global over 11 years ago. Prior to this, the majority of Clive’s career was spent within insurance and financial services for the AA. As Director of Client Services, Clive manages a team of over 100 staff ranging from Consumer Publishing Account Management, Call Centre and Telemarketing sales.
Mark Philby is Finance Director in Europe and Australia.
Mark joined CDS Global in October 2009 with a background in private practice. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996, Mark was a partner in a regional firm before leaving in 2006 to set up his own business consultancy practice.
Mark’s primary focus is in developing and implementing the financial strategy of CDS Global, as well as overseeing the financial operations of the company.
