Client Services Clerk

Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week

We are looking for two bright, enthusiastic and meticulous Client Services Clerk’s to provide an effective support for the Operations Department focusing on administrative duties/projects which are crucial to the success of the whole Consumer Department.

  • Each Client Services Clerk will be responsible for day to day tasks and ongoing projects, ensuring that work carried out is correct and completed by set timelines. This role reports into the Client Service Operations Manager.
  • Duties to include being responsible for running and maintaining renewal schedules sent from the Client Services Department and to communicate with them regularly if changes/problems occur. In addition, you will be required to fully utilise the mailing component spreadsheets to ensure that correct mailing instructions are provided to the Finishing & Enclosing Department with each job. It is imperative that any delays are communicated verbally, followed up with email to the direct Line Manager and relevant Client Services Executive.
  • Responsible for loading and checking third party orders and ensuring that they have been loaded correctly within the 48 hour timescale and communicate any problems to the Client Services Department.
  • To be responsible for extracting telemarketing leads, liaising with Production and Client Services Executives to ensure these are printed correctly and to agreed timelines.
  • To assist with the compilation of monthly renewal invoicing reports for all magazine titles as well as all other administrative duties as required.
