Telemarketing Representative

Full Time - 40 hours per week

We are currently looking for five full time enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and sales skills to fulfill a role within our vibrant outbound Telemarketing department. You will be required to identify opportunities to sell additional products to customers as well as contacting potential customers from historical records, such as lapsed subscriptions.

Reporting to the Telemarketing Team Leader, the ideal candidates will be able to communicate in a clear and concise way, show commitment and enthusiasm to learning and career development and will demonstrate a real understanding of the needs of the client.

Role Requirements

  • Maintain a friendly, professional approach to customer calls
  • Meet and exceed sales target activities.
  • Use your keen customer understanding and sales skills to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of new products and any other developments for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Approach complaints as opportunities to engender customer loyalty. Take responsibility for each complaint and see all through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Suggest ideas, initiatives or improvements to aid the performance of Telemarketing.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer facing/sales role is desirable
  • Good Keyboard skills
  • Articulate, positive, enthusiastic
