MARKET HARBOROUGH, England – Nov. 5, 2007 – Emap Consumer Media has appointed CDS Global to develop a marketing database and create a single view of all their customers, supporting their goal to become a truly customer-orientated business.
Data will be consolidated from all areas of the business to create one view of the customer and tools provided to support analysis, segmentation and modelling. Marketing teams will have remote access to the database to improve planning, help identify revenue opportunities and drive subscription growth.
