CDS Global appoints head of marketing solutions

MARKET HARBOROUGH, England – 26 March 2008 – We are delighted to announce we have retained the services of Denise Richmond, as Head of Marketing Solutions. Denise has joined CDS Global as a consultant to assist in the development of our marketing services and to work directly with our clients to provide marketing expertise and resource.

Denise has over 20 years experience of marketing within the publishing sector, encompassing magazine subscriptions, books, continuity and product sales. She has gained experience across the range of direct response channels and has detailed knowledge of direct mail, inserts, telemarketing, online and DRTV.

Most recently Denise headed the International Direct Response Division of Rodale Inc, focussing on the English language markets. She was responsible for developing and deploying marketing strategies, managing the P&L for the business and oversaw all marketing activities. Prior to working at Rodale, Denise spent a number of years at Reader’s Digest working on Moneywise and Reader’s Digest Magazines with responsibility for all subscription marketing activity.
