DES MOINES, Iowa – Jan. 18, 2010 – CDS Global has been honored at the second-annual American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Central Iowa Chapter’s Workplace Learning and Performance awards. The company’s Global Training team received the award for Most Innovative Training Solution.
As a recipient of this award, the team was honored at a formal ceremony and conducted a presentation on Friday, Jan. 15 at Allied Insurance, 1100 Locust St., Des Moines.
“I am extremely proud and honored to be a part of the CDS Global Training team and to work with these individuals on a day-to-day basis,” says Ruth Anderson, director of CDS Global Training. “Their dedication, work ethic, creativity and perseverance are inspiring as they continuously take on employee education initiatives without hesitation and succeed time and time again.”
The team received the Most Innovative Training Solution award because of their proven commitment to introduce new and innovative solutions for learning and development at CDS Global, positively affecting the attitudes of employees throughout the organization and across three continents.
