DES MOINES, Iowa - September 11, 2008 - CDS Global, a worldwide leader and strategic partner in customer and data management, named Wayne Crane chief information officer effective Sept. 8, 2008. Crane is responsible for directing global Information Technology initiatives for the company, supporting CDS Global's commitment to the digital future.

Crane has earned a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Master of Science, Management & Computing Systems degree. With many years of experience as chief information/technology officer for BJ Services and TrueQuote, both located in Houston, and Orbis Online in San Antonio, Crane comes to CDS Global directly from Attachmate/NetIQ Corporation (NTIQ) in Houston, where he served as chief information officer, vice president, Worldwide Information Technology and general manager, Satellite Products Division.
