DES MOINES, Iowa – Jan. 6, 2008 – Nancy Gessmann has been promoted to senior vice president, Enterprise Solutions for CDS Global, a strategic partner offering customer relationship and data management solutions to companies around the world. In this capacity, Gessmann will expand her current executive responsibility as vice president of Operations to include the company’s Enterprise Data Solutions, Enterprise Reporting Solutions, Conversion, Postal Affairs and Project Management areas. She will also assume responsibility for CDS Global’s Canadian operations, with locations in Toronto and Montreal.

Gessmann began her career at CDS Global in 1982 and held several management positions before being promoted to general manager of the Harlan, Iowa, facility in 1989. In 2002, Gessmann earned the title of vice president, assuming responsibility for all of the Operations and Conact Centre facilities in Iowa. She was rewarded for her leadership talent with additional responsibility for all Data Capture, Lettershop, Document Technologies and Distribution facilities across the nation.

Gessmann served on the Harlan city council for six years, was named Harlan’s Citizen of the Year in 1994 and has served on various city-related boards and committees. She is a member of The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI).
