TORONTO – December 15, 2008 – CDS Global, a strategic partner offering customer relationship management solutions to publishers around the world, is pleased to announce their newest partnership with Gripped Inc. for subscription fulfillment services. CDS Global will work with Gripped Inc. to acquire and retain subscribers through order preparation and data entry, database management, inbound customer service calls, outbound telemarketing, e-commerce and customer care solutions for the following sports-related titles: Canadian Running, Gripped: The Climbing Magazine and Triathlon Magazine Canada.
