CDS Global appoints Mark Philby finance director

MARKET HARBOROUGH – 25 February 2010 – CDS Global announces Mark Philby as its permanent finance director for CDS Global Europe and Australia, effective immediately. Philby has served as interim finance director for the company since October 2009.

Sarah Parkes, group managing director for CDS Global in Europe and Australia, commented on the new appointment , “I am absolutely delighted that Mark will be joining us on a permanent basis. Over the last five months, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership in guiding our financial team. I am looking forward to working together to sustain the recent growth we have achieved. After studying at Nottingham Trent University, Philby began his career at Clayton & Brewill Chartered Accountants. He progressed to partner status before starting his own consultancy practice, Philbys Chartered Accountants, in 2006. He joined CDS Global in 2009.
