DES MOINES, Iowa – Jan. 26, 2009 – AAA MountainWest, which delivers a range of services to motorists in Alaska, Montana and Wyoming, has awarded CDS Global a contract to provide outsourced transaction management and data capture services to support the club’s membership department. The CDS Global solution will enable the club to enhance customer service, improve efficiency, and speed payment posting and resolution of exceptions items. The services also will greatly reduce the time required to activate new club memberships.
Under the terms of the agreement, CDS Global will process check and credit card payments for AAA MountainWest’s memberships and renewals, as well as provide an efficient image-based workflow for handling exceptions items such as notice of membership cancellation, change of address or deceased members.
