CDS Global has a strategic partnership with data protection experts Opt 4. During the design and implementation of most customer database solutions this partnership is leveraged to create tactical and long-term strategies for maximising customer opt-in rates. Such strategies include establishing suitable business rules that ensure the latest, most accurate data protection information is held for each customer. Where data is consolidated from multiple sources CDS Global also works with clients to ensure they can extract maximum value from existing data protection data, for example by identifying scenarios where cross and up-selling of other products or services is permissible.
CDS Global is also able perform one-off data protection audits. Such audits involve analysing existing permission data and capture statements and making recommendations that detail any allowable "uplifts" that can be applied to legacy data and how data protection statements could be re-worded to improve results.
