The CDS Global SMART system precisely determines the optimal marketing decision (product recommendations, incentive offers, loyalty messages or targeted content) for each individual based on any available profile information. SMART software uses historical data about your customers, in a real-time environment, to maximize the value of each customer interaction with the Customer Service Representatives (CSR). SMART knows customers as individuals and responds to each one in a unique manner based on historical data and the specific offers available for cross-selling, up-selling or renewal initiatives. New customers calling in have SMART offers targeted on data collected in real-time during the call eg. magazine bundles, linked products etc. |
