John Noll

John Noll is chief workforce officer at CDS Global. He is responsible for all human resources functions, including benefits, employee relations, recruitment, global training, payroll and occupational health. 

He joined the CDS Global human resources team in 2006 as the manager of the company’s employee relations, recruitment and training functions before being promoted to chief workforce officer in 2016. 

Prior to CDS Global, he held several management and senior management positions at Cigna and Olsten Staffing Services.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

Outside of work, John is an avid runner and enjoys traveling with his family.
