John Noll is chief workforce officer at CDS Global. He is responsible for all human resources functions, including benefits, employee relations, recruitment, global training, payroll and occupational health.
Noll joined the human resources team at CDS Global in 2006 and was named manager of the company’s employee relations, recruitment and training functions before being promoted to chief workforce officer in 2016. He previously held several management and senior management positions at Cigna and Olsten Staffing Services.
Noll received his bachelor’s degrees in communication studies from the University of Iowa and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
