T.J. Solomon

T.J. Solomon is vice president, technical operations at CDS Global, where he manages several teams that are working to deliver the best possible tools, infrastructure, processes and support on all platforms.

T.J. is a steady and effective IT executive, who prides himself on his ability to implement structure and process in any environment. With close to twenty years of experience, he has performed a variety job functions, resulting in a unique and diverse skill set that can be applied to a wide range of situations.

T.J. earned an electrical engineering degree from Texas A&M University, and he applies his engineering training and problem solving skills in all facets of life. He approaches challenges with the confidence that he can find a solution and the tenacity to work until he does.

In addition to his professional experience in the U.S., T.J. spent two years living and working in Hyderabad, India. While in India, he underwent a high level of personal and professional growth which he attributes to being immersed in new and different cultures. Another great benefit of his time abroad was being able to travel to many places in Asia and the Middle East.
