Following an initial stabilisation period, your Client Management team will work with you on our unique Health Check service. During this top-to-bottom review we analyse all your customer-facing activities including customer journeys for acquisition and retention, your customer communication strategy and messages for welcome and onboarding and renewals and retention. We will also compare your marketing performance to similar brands/clients through our industry benchmarking, so you can see how you compare.
You will then receive a report with recommendations on the changes and enhancements you can make to improve.
